While some States like Iowa are seeing percentage drops in Coronavirus cases, others are seeing spikes. And back where it all began in China, they are taking drastic measures to stop the spread of a disease they declared victory over back in March!
According to the Associated Press "China raised its emergency warning to its second-highest level and canceled more than 60% of the flights to Beijing on Wednesday amid a new coronavirus outbreak in the capital."
