Yesterday we discovered that President Biden had classified documents in his private office from his days as Vice President during the Obama Administration.
These documents were discovered just before the Midterm elections, but of course "they (whoever "they" are) don't want to let We The People know about something like that before we vote.
Instead, they told us yesterday and had it all tied up in a nice little bow. Oh and favored so-called "journalists" were very fast to tell us this was "not the same" as former President Trump and the documents he had at Mar-a-Largo.
The Washington Post for example: "The case will likely draw comparisons to Mar-a-Lago but appears quite different. Officials have said the Trump investigation concerns not just the possible mishandling of classified documents, but possible obstruction of justice or destruction of records."
Or Joyce Alene from NBC: "Big differences between this & Trump's Mar-a-Lago situation: they were found in an office setting, not in Biden's home. Biden's team immediately volunteered news of the discovery to the Archives & turned them over immediately. It's apples to oranges."
As we heard at the time of the Mar-a-Largo raid, it is commonplace for people leaving office to take Classified documents with them. It doesn't make it right, but if that's the standard for a raid, then when can we expect that and charges against Biden?
