The Democrats made their decision. South Carolina will be first to cast primary ballots for the Democrats' nominee for President.
Except they won't. As usual that will happen in a Caucus in Iowa followed by a Primary in New Hampshire.
The Democrats will give you all kinds of reasons, but the reality is Biden came in fourth in Iowa in 2018 and fifth in new Hampshire and so he wanted to punish these States.
He would have done terribly in South Carolina too, apart from that whole "black woman" for Vice President promise thing which lead to Jim Clyburn supporting him. Even the Washington Post ran a story headlined "Jim Clyburn changed everything for Joe Biden's campaign".
And so Biden wants to reward South Carolina by making them first and punish Iowa and New Hampshire for placing him fourth and fifth. The reality is however, that State Law in both of the two first in the nation States means they will be the first and that could mean Biden immediately playing catch up to Robert Kennedy Jr and Marianne Williamson.
Will Biden regret not putting his name on the ballots in Iowa and New Hampshire?
