Born in Perry, Iowa, Sam Brinton became an official in the Biden Administration, handling nuclear waste, before it all came tumbling down when he was accused and found guilty of stealing luggage from airport baggage carousels!

In a plea deal in Las Vegas, Brinton agreed to pay the victim restitution of nearly $3670, received a suspended jail sentence of 180 days, and must stay out of trouble, according to Las Vegas Justice Court records back in April of this year.

Now he's potentially in a lot more trouble as Police find female designer's stolen clothes in his home!

"The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) Police Department can confirm we returned the victim’s property and police retained photos of the evidence for prosecution," MWAA spokesperson Crystal Nosal told Fox News Digital in a statement Tuesday. "The case is still under adjudication and we cannot release more detailed information."

His hearing in Arlington General District Court, has been scheduled for December.

Meanwhile, Tanzanian fashion designer Asya Idarous Khamsin who is the victim the police refer to, filed a civil suit last Friday against Brinton.

What do you think? Will this Iowa-born Biden official clothes thief get jail this time if guilty?
