It's day 4 of jury deliberations in the Lindsey Clancy murder trial and there is still no verdict. All signs are starting to point to a mistrial ruling. SIMON asks the question "has society reached the point where we are willing to forgive certain mental health conditions and hold them to a different standard of punishment?"
