WATCH: Farmers helping other farmers devastated by Missouri River flooding

As you heard last week on The Big Show, The First Lutheran Church of Manchester, Delaware County Cattlemen, Pottawattamie County Cattlemen, and the Pottawattamie County Farm Bureau spent last weekend in Western Iowa building fence on the Dale and Don Rief farm near Crescent. The Riefs have dealt with flood waters on their farm since March 2019. They had to walk cattle to higher ground in March and have dealt with water events again in June and September. Doran Zumbach had a lot to do with putting the trip together after a similiar effort a couple of years ago to help wildfire victims in Kansas, and he put in all this time and effort before his crop was harvested. This mission was a great example of Iowa nice and farmers helping farmers, and you can see for yourself what it was all about in this video:
