Andy's doing his part to support the livestock industry!

By cooking, in this case, some wholesome, affordable and tasty pork ribs to be enjoyed during planting season...and yes that is homemade rye bread in the background:

It was pretty simple, just coat the St. Louis style cut with olive oil and some Cookie's Flavor Enhancer, then place on the charcoal smoker:

Even the snow isn't going to stop Andy! Just a few short hours later at a nice cool cooking temp of 225:

Oooohh man are they tasty! Patience pays off:

The plan is to cook a brisket for the second half of planting season once these delicious supplies disappear.
