In Iowa, it probably will come as no surprise when you find the answer but some of the other states maybe surprise you. Our good Big Show Buddies at the National Pork Board surveyed 100 pork eaters in every U.S. state about their favorite pork dishes, with the results revealing how cultural connections have influenced America’s preferences. The results will be celebrated in the upcoming United States of Pork campaign, and you can see the list here.
