Oskaloosa native Chase Carlson, 24, is going viral with his fun leadership techniques, smooth dance moves and a face that is making teen girls flock like he's Justin Bieber. As of 5 a.m. Feb. 1 he's had 3,253,900 views on a Facebook video he posted just to boost the morale of the team he manages at Target in Urbandale. Here's another video of him and his Target gang, where as a leader, he definitely creates a fun work environment.
As if being the coolest manager ever wasn't enough, Carlson's mix of dance moves and charming good looks are making girls lose it. Many are commenting wanting to know where this Target is, or how come they can't have someone this good looking at their Target. He's even being dubbed the "hottest Target employee ever."
