Joe Gomez, our political correspondent, joined us by phone this morning just after the 8:00 news. Joe says it's going to be a very interesting week. President Trump meets with the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, today. One of the things to be discussed...a new task force...US/Canada Council for the Advancement of Women Business Leaders - Female Entrepreneurs. On Wednesday, President Trump will meet with Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu...possibly to discuss moving the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Joe will keep us up on all the talks!
Ken Chester, our car guru, joined us in the studio this morning just after the 6:30 news to talk about his visit to the huge Chicago Auto Show. Ken said the trend seems to be toward more small SUV's and Crossover's...panoramic views out the top of your vehicle...and autonomous cars on the road in 2018. Dodge has a new Ram pickup....very macho with lots of horse power. Toyota has a prototype for a hydrogen powered two-seat sports car. By the way, the Chicago Auto Show is open to the public.
