Pastor Darrick Young of Journey Church joined us in the studio this morning just after the 8:30 news. Journey Church is doing their 5th Annual Special Needs Easter Egg Hunt & Carnival this Saturday afternoon at Valley Stadium from 3-5PM. There is an egg hunt for blind children that has eggs that beep so they can find them. There is an egg hunt for kids in wheelchairs where the eggs have magnets attached and each child is given a magnetic pole to retrieve the eggs. There is a very quiet, serene egg hunt for kids with autism. It looks like the weather will be great this year; however, should that change, the Easter Egg Hunts will be held inside Southwoods Freshman Campus.
