A new #StatusOfTheMind survey showed that Instagram has a lot of negative effects on your body image, sleep and fear of missing out, A.K.A F.O.M.O.
Participants were asked to rank each social media platform they use based on impact of issues that included anxiety, loneliness and community building. YouTube was voted to have the most positive impact, followed by Facebook.
However, if you want something positive to come out of you Instagram, you can always follow the Van and Bonnie account. The only issue we ever have is debating on whether we should restrict the joy or not...which if you listen, you know never happens!
