Sorry, all the Baklava was snatched up before I could get a picture! These are Greek pastries brought in by Paul Despenas this morning on Van and Bonnie, just after the 8:30 news. The 2017 Greek Food Fair is Friday, June 2nd from 5:30PM-9PM, Saturday from 11AM-8PM and Sunday 11AM-5PM. You'll find the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George at 1110 35th Street in Des Moines (corner of 35th & Cottage). There will be fabulous Greek food including Gyros, Souvlaki, Loukaniko, Greek Salad, dancing and more!
