One California high school student has become the definition of academic achievement. The day before Lodi resident D’Angelo Martinez graduated from Middle College High School, he earned his ninth AA degree from San Joaquin Delta College.
His awesome AA earning status comes from his high school being located on a community college campus and allowing students to take college classes while still finishing high school curriculum. Not surprisingly, Martinez was accepted to all nine University of California campuses. He plans to attend UC Davis and become the first in his family to graduate from a four-year college and wants to become a doctor.
“I enjoy things that are not ordinary,” the student explains. “I want to strive for something much better than that.”
