NORTHWOOD, Iowa - A woman accused of murdering her husband in Minnesota and another woman in Florida was tracked through Iowa as she fled police.

Surveillance cameras catch Lois Riess at the Kum and Go gas station in Northwood, Iowa after detectives say she spent most of the day gambling at Diamond Jo Casino on March 23.  She asked the gas station clerk for directions and was caught on surveillance video (below)

Police say Lois Riess shot and killed her husband in Minnesota and cashed more than $10-thousand dollars in stolen and forged checks, and then led police on a manhunt through Iowa to Florida.

Detectives say Riess later shot and murdered a woman in Florida who looked like her so she could steal the woman's car, ID and credit cards.

Riess was arrested yesterday at a southern Texas resort after a nationwide manhunt.
