GRUNDY COUNTY, Iowa An arrest has been made in a northeast Iowa murder case. The Grundy County Sheriff's Office has arrested Armando Adame III, of Waterloo, in connection with the murder of 28-year-old Michael Johns, whose body was found in rural Floyd County in December of 2017.

Adame was taken into custody Tuesday at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility, where he was serving time for other convictions.

He's been charged with First Degree Murder.
