COUNCIL BLUFFS, iOWA- On Wednesday, Dubol Koat was taken into custody on charges of 1st degree murder for his involvement in the death of William Josheptong Dut. Koat and Dut were roommates at 9th Street and 2nd Avenue and co-workers at the time of the incident.
Council Bluffs Police Department’s investigation into this incident is ongoing to determine if Koat was the only person involved in the death of Dut.
