GRUNDY COUNTY, Iowa - A Grundy County sheriff's deputy ended up arresting a driver who needed help changing a flat tire.
On Nov. 24, a deputy helped 34 year old Lewis Smith change a tire near Conrad when he checked Smith's license
The report showed the license was suspended several times and the car was driving was stolen.
KCRG-TV9 reports the deputy also found loaded handguns and possibly meth in the car.
Smith faces a number of charges and is set to be arraigned later today.
