URBANDALE, Iowa -- An Urbandale man is arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
Urbandale police say 35-year-old Dustin Sample is being held in the Polk County Jail in connection to the death of a woman found with head trauma Saturday night.
Urbandale Police say the woman was found in the 4200 block of 90th Street suffering from head trauma. She died at the scene.
Her death is being investigated as a homicide.
The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation assisted Urbandale Police Department detectives to make the arrest.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of the family.
