The Iowa State Patrol says 52-year-old Stephen Early of Winterhaven, Florida lost control of his semi on northbound I-380 near North Liberty, just after 1 o'clock this (Friday) morning. The I-S-P says Early's semi jackknifed, blocking both lanes.
