(Hiawatha, IA) -- Businesses across Iowa are preparing for Wednesday's High Wind Warning.

"This particular case ... I've asked the guys to make sure that the trash cans are put in the trailers," says Tom Casey, president of Home Town Restyling based in Hiawatha. "Normally it's not necessary to strap materials together to make sure [they] don't blow away, but we're looking at doing that."

The National Weather Service says wind gusts could reach up to 80 miles-an-hour in parts of Iowa.

Tornadoes are also possible in central and northern Iowa.
