Iowa Clinic to Build Medical Center in Waukee

(Waukee, IA) -- The Iowa Clinic is planning a large medical center in Waukee. Chief Development Officer Nate Esser says it will be similar in size and scale to the Iowa Clinic's Ankeny campus, which is two-stories and 53-thousand square feet. The Waukee facility will be located on seven acres in the Kettlestone Development, on the northwest corner of Tallgrass Lane and Grand Prairie Parkway.

The multi-specialty facility will be the largest of its kind in Waukee, and will include an Urgent Care facility and other specialties, in addition to family medicine/primary care. The medical center is expected to open in mid-2024.

The Iowa Clinic estimates that 75 Iowa Clinic Physicians will work in the new Waukee building, with physicians either based there or rotating in depending on specialty.

The design phase continues, renderings will be made available at a later time.
