Teen Charged With Attempted Murder In Ames Shooting

(Ames, IA) -- A 15-year-old male is charged with Attempted Murder after an Ames shooting. Police say the victim, 18-year-old Anthony Davis of Ames is in stable condition at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Police say the shooting happened in the 600-block of South 17th Street at 12:45 a.m. Monday, May 30th.

Police say the teen has been taken to juvenile detention.
