(Pottawattamie County, IA) -- A Council Bluffs man is dead after a crash involving a train in western Iowa. The Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Office says 54-year-old Ronald Huntoon was killed in a collision Wednesday at 2:40 p.m. in Walnut, Iowa. Huntoon was hauling grain when he collided with a freight train on 510th Street between Rosewood and Pinoak Road.
Interstate Railroad employees were not injured. 510th Street between Rosewood Road and Pinoak Road will remain closed for the near future.
