(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Police Department Traffic Unit has identified the second vehicle reported to be involved in the “street race” prior to a deadly crash on the city's south side.

Investigators are looking for a 2021 BMW X7 with Illinois license plate 10173.

Police note it appears there's body damage on the passenger side, but that's just a reflection of pedestrians. Anyone with information regarding the location of this vehicle is asked to call the Des Moines Police Department Traffic Unit at 515-323-8382, or Crimestoppers of Central Iowa at 515-223-1400. Police say 35-year-old Robert Miller is facing a long list of charges in connection with the deadly crash December 13th on Fleur Drive. Miller is facing Homicide by Vehicle, Serious Injury by Vehicle-Reckless Driving, Drag Racing, Failure to Maintain Control and Excessive Speed.

The crash resulted in the death of 4-year-old Marcos Faguada and the injury of an 8 year old child. Donations can be made on GoFundMe to help the Faguada family cover funeral and memorial costs.
