(Davenport, IA) -- It took 1,163 days for Breasia Terrell's family to get justice for her death. However, Breasia's mother, Aisha Lankford, tells WQAD News 8 that "there is no amount of justice that will make up for what he took from me."

She says she can finally breathe again after 51 year-old Henry Dinkins was found guilty Friday of murdering her 10 year-old daughter three years ago. Dinkins faces a mandatory life sentence in prison at a hearing on October 11th.
