Another day, another report of thousands of dollars of missing money from the Iowa State Auditor.
A special investigation released Thursday morning shows over $90,000 of improper or undocumented spending at The Village Early Childhood Center in Osceola.
The undeposited collections or unpaid tuition are blamed on former director Deana Stubbe.
Investigators say lack of documentation may mean even more money was misspent.
Charges are pending.
