More Sweet Corn!

Day number 2 of cutting sweet corn off the cob, cooking it and freezing it!

It never fails, somebody asks "why go to all the work" and, of course, FGL provides the answer.

It's worth it when we get to break out a package in December or January.  160 ears leading to 95 pints of corn to be eaten and celebrated for the next 365 days until the next crop is ripe.
