West Des Moines Police say they've arrested a man and a woman in connection with reports of credit card skimmers being used.
40 year old Evaldo Cardozo Da Silva and 26-year-old Jamily Silva Sousa have been charged with Credit Card Fraud, Identity Theft, Forgery, using an illegal skimming device and ongoing criminal conduct. The addresses of the two was unknown.
They were taken to the Polk County Jail. DaSilva was being held in lieu of a total of $50,000 bond. J
Jamily Silva was also charged with 2nd Degree theft...with bond at half a million dollars on that charge.
