WINNESHIEK COUNTY, Iowa- Authorities are releasing the name of a woman, who drowned in northeast Iowa Sunday afternoon.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says crews recovered the body of 65-year-old Susan Ann Fechhelm of St. Petersburg, Florida from the Upper Iowa River near Decorah.
Multiple agencies responded including the Winneshiek County Sheriff, Decorah Fire Department, Winneshiek Medical Center ambulance, Iowa State Patrol and Iowa DNR.
