WEST DES MOINES, Iowa - A candid photo from West Des Moines Police Department's Cops and Candy Tuesday night is winning hearts as the littlest cop hangs out in the front seat of a police car with a real West Des Moines Police Officer.
The tot's baby sister was dressed in prison stripes, but we understand she's been rehabilitated after the fun evening with police.

Like most communities in the Des Moines metro area, West Des Moines' Trick or Treating is held on October 30, the day before Halloween.
