AMES, Iowa - A weekend shooting has Ames police looking for a teen suspect.
Police were called to a home on South Russell Avenue Saturday afternoon and both the victim and a witness say a woman was shot in the chest.
Police say the suspect is 18-year-old Rodney D. Halterman.
WHO Channel 13 reports an arrest warrant has been issued for attempted murder, a class “B” felony.
