WEST LIBERTY, Iowa - A baby enters the world on the side of the highway this morning in eastern Iowa
West Liberty Police body cam caught the moment as officers arrived on Highway 6, southeast of Iowa City, a little after 6:30 a.m. Friday.
"Everyone was way calmer then I would have been," the post says" We are very happy to report Dad and Mom (Jay and Ali Shellabarger) and baby Iris are all doing well!"
