Congratulations are in order for the Rathbun Regional Water Association once again, as they come home with more hardware recognizing their hard work is paying off with high quality water:
They are the largest rural water system in Iowa and one of the largest in the U.s. providing water to 51 communities in 18 counties in Iowa and Missouri which adds up to over 80,000 people:
