Johnston Closes City Hall After Worker Tests Positive for COVID-19

JOHNSTON, Iowa - The Johnston City Hall is closed after an employee has tested positive for COVID-19.

The city says the worker is not believed to have had in-person contact with the general public, It's notified other employees who may have had close contact with the worker of the potential exposure.

Johnston City Hall will be closed until Monday, July 20th, and the city is advising that a drop box inside the front doors at City Hall is still accessible for residents and visitors.
