(Des Moines Iowa) -- The state of Iowa hits a big COVID-19 vaccination milestone. More than 1 million Iowans are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, according to the Iowa Department of Public Health.
New data show nearly 2.2 million Iowans have received at least one vaccine dose. COVID hospitalizations in Iowa remain low, and the state's overall positivity rate is holding steady around 4%.
