(Iowa City, IA) -- Protesters are planning to gather again today in Iowa City.

People have protested to get rid of the University of Iowa Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity (also known as FIJI) from the campus after a sexual assault accusation.

An online petition accusing two members of the fraternity of sexual assaults has gathered over 85-thousand signatures. The petition claims Iowa City police have video and DNA evidence of the assault but are not investigating the case.

A protest will be held outside of the President's House at 8 PM.

Neither police nor the school has commented on the claims.

The prosecutor’s office tells our newsroom that they cannot comment on an ongoing investigation.

They ask anyone with information or evidence relevant to this case to contact the Johnson County Attorney’s Office, in Iowa City.
