(Undated) -- John Deere says the United Auto Workers union likely won't get a better labor contract offer. On Wednesday a spokesperson said the most recent offer, which included ten percent raises and increased benefits, would be the best and final offer. Fifty-five percent of UAW workers rejected that contract earlier this week. Thousands of workers in Iowa, Illinois, and Kansas will remain on strike until an agreement is met.
