DES MOINES, Iowa -- Drought conditions across Iowa are largely unchanged from last week.
The new National Drought Monitor map shows a slight reduction in moderate drought in Eastern and East-Central Iowa.
There's still a patch of severe drought in Western Iowa.
The new map shows nearly 63 percent of the state with extremely dry or drought conditions--down slightly from last week's 67 percent.
There's no drought in Southern Iowa as well as parts of Northwest and Northeast Iowa.
