(Undated) -- The murder trial of one of the Fairfield teens, charged in the death of a teacher, will be moved out of Jefferson County.

A judge has granted the change of venue request for Willard Miller. The trial had been scheduled to start November 1st. There's no word yet on the new location or if the relocation will affect the trial's date.

Miller and Jeremy Goodale are both charged in the death of Spanish teacher Nohema Graber last year. Goodale's trial is set for August 23rd at a location to be determined.
