Single Game Today At College World Series

After a 3-2 win over Ole Miss on Wednesday night at Charles Schwab Field Omaha, Arkansas forces a Bracket 2 winner-takes-all rematch with the Rebels this afternoon. (Thursday)

Perhaps to get a jump on any evening precipitation, the NCAA schedules the game for three p.m. CDT, and the game will be televised on ESPN2.

Meantime, Oklahoma goes through Bracket 1 undefeated after eliminating Texas A and M Wednesday afternoon, and the Sooners now sit in the championship best-of-three series awaiting the winner of today's Mississippi - Arkansas game.

Plenty of drama last night: In the bottom of the ninth, Ole Miss was down 3-1, but had the bases loaded and nobody out.

But with their season on the line, Arkansas Junior pitcher Zack Morris came in from the bullpen to slam the door, cement his place in Hogs' baseball lore, and force today's game;
