Two Hurt After RV Catches On Fire Outside Southwest Cedar Rapids Hotel

(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Two people are hurt after an RV catches on fire outside a Southwest Cedar Rapids hotel this morning. Fire crews responded to the Country Inn and Suites at 9100 Atlantic Drive Southwest near the airport around 5:40 a.m. They found an RV on fire and got the fire put out in about 20 minutes. The fire department says a man and a woman were treated at the scene for smoke inhalation and burns. They're expected to be ok. Fire investigators aren't sure how the RV caught on fire.
