(Sarpy County, NE) -- A woman is out of the hospital and facing felony charges following a wrong-way, drunk driving crash on Highway 370 last week.
Investigators say on April 4th, Kristin Gragert was more than three times the legal limit when she hit another vehicle head on near 126th Street while driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of 370. The victim, Chasity Sims, remains hospitalized with serious injuries.
Gragert is facing two charges of DUI causing bodily injury and third offense DUI. Gragert has previous DUI offenses from Hawaii in 2013 and from Virginia in 2019.
