Des Moines Bar Owners Plead Guilty In Stalking Case

(Des Moines, IA) -- A pair of Des Moines area bar owners have pled guilty to charges in a stalking case.

According to court records, Steven McFadden and Edwin Allen pleaded guilty on Friday, April 14 to charges alleging they had used a GPS device to track a woman.

Prosecutors are recommending a $500 fine for Allen while they're asking for McFadden to serve a one-year suspended sentence and one year of probation.

The two men are set for sentencing on May 1st.

McFadden owns the Tipsy Crow and the Grumpy Goat.

Allen owns Zora Rooftop Bar.
