The Omaha Public Schools' Board of Education approves a timeline for the search for a new Superintendent.
The public will have a chance to fill out surveys this month and in September on the ideal profile for a O-P-S Superintendent.
The application period will be from this October until January of next year, as a search firm works with the district.
Finalists will be identified and meet the public in February, 2024 followed by the introduction of the next O-P-S Superintendent.
