Study Shows Iowa Has One Of The Smallest Drug Problems In America

(Undated) -- Iowa has the 7th-smallest drug problem in America. That's according to WalletHub, which ranked all 50 states and Washington D.C. on 20 key metrics dealing with drugs. Iowa also has the 3rd-fewest overdose deaths per capita and the 3rd-smallest drug problem in the Midwest, behind Nebraska and Minnesota.
