Iowa Gas Prices Down 11 Cents to Start the Week

(Iowa) -- Gas prices in Iowa are down to start the week.

Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.29 a gallon, a drop of 11 cents from this time last week. Prices for a gallon of regular vary regionally across the state, including:

  • Des Moines: $3.14
  • Ames: $3.37
  • Iowa City: $3.43
  • Cedar Rapids: $3.26
  • Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.25
  • Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.77
  • Dubuque: $3.41
  • Sioux City: $3.40
  • Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.25

The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded nationally is $3.53.
