Voters in two Omaha Metro area school districts okay school bond issues in a mail-in vote.

The one in the Omaha Westside Community Schools calls for 121-million-dollars to fund expansion at Westside Middle and Westside High Schools and new construction at three District 66 elementary schools.

The 130-million dollars bond issue in the Papillion-La Vista Community School District calls for safety and security improvements as well as updates to older buildings.
