(Davenport, IA) -- A worker at a downtown Davenport brewery saves a fish stuck in receding floodwaters. Front Street Brewery worker Michael Hollingshed used a plastic container to catch a stranded carp from a pond Thursday afternoon and carried the fish a block away to water connected to the river. The Mississippi River crested around 21 feet in the Quad Cities earlier this month. The river is now receding, leaving bodies of water behind, and sometimes fish.
