Iowa Gas Prices Up Slightly to Start the Week

(Iowa) -- Gas prices in Iowa are up slightly to start the week.

Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.33 a gallon, an increase of 4 cents from this time a week ago. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:

  • Des Moines: $3.29
  • Ames: $3.35
  • Cedar Rapids: $3.32
  • Iowa City: $3.40
  • Council Bluffs: $3.25
  • Sioux City: $3.38
  • Quad Cities (Iowa Side): $3.27
  • Quad Cities (Illinois Side): $3.74
  • Dubuque: $3.38
  • Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.32

The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.53 a gallon.
