Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.33 a gallon, an increase of 4 cents from this time a week ago. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:
- Des Moines: $3.29
- Ames: $3.35
- Cedar Rapids: $3.32
- Iowa City: $3.40
- Council Bluffs: $3.25
- Sioux City: $3.38
- Quad Cities (Iowa Side): $3.27
- Quad Cities (Illinois Side): $3.74
- Dubuque: $3.38
- Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.32
The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.53 a gallon.
